📘 Rules and Regulations
To maintain academic integrity, discipline, and a healthy learning environment, all students are required to follow the college’s rules and regulations. The guidelines ensure smooth functioning and foster mutual respect and responsibility among students and staff.
✅ Attendance and Discipline
- Students must regularly read all notices displayed on the notice boards. Ignorance of notices will not be considered a valid excuse.
- Every student must carry their valid identity card (I-card) at all times and present it upon request.
- Students are expected to attend all lectures, practicals, tutorials, unit tests, and examinations and must keep their guardians informed about their academic progress.
- Students will be disqualified from university examinations if they fail to meet any of the following:
- a) At least 75% attendance in lectures/practicals.
- b) At least 75% attendance in NSS (if enrolled).
- c) Satisfactory attendance and performance in college exams/tutorials.
- d) Good conduct and discipline in the college campus.
- e) Obedience to teachers and college authorities.
- f) Timely payment of fees.
- Wearing the college uniform is mandatory, except on Wednesdays.
- Dress Code:
- Boys: Navy Blue Pants and Sky Blue Shirt
- Girls: Navy Blue Salwar and Sky Blue Top
🚫 Rules of Discipline
Strict discipline must be maintained in the college. Students must not disturb teaching, administrative work, or college decorum.
College property should be respected. Damaging it will lead to disciplinary action and recovery of the damage cost.
No student shall form any society or invite guests without prior permission from the Principal.
Punctuality is essential. Absences must be approved by the Principal in advance for valid reasons.
Students should not loiter in corridors, staircases, or near classrooms. If no lecture is scheduled, they should visit the library or leave the campus.
Smoking, chewing tobacco, and use of drugs are strictly prohibited within the college premises.
Mobile phones must be switched off during lectures, practicals, or any academic activity.
Events like social gatherings that disturb the academic environment will not be permitted.
Ragging in any form is strictly prohibited.
