About Department
The Department of Physics provides a strong foundation in classical and modern physics, encouraging students to explore the fundamental principles that govern the universe. The curriculum covers key areas such as mechanics, thermodynamics, electromagnetism, optics, quantum mechanics, and solid-state physics.
The department emphasizes both theoretical knowledge and experimental learning through well-equipped laboratories and simulation tools. Students are encouraged to participate in research projects, model-making, and science fairs. Regular guest lectures, science exhibitions, and inter-collegiate competitions provide a vibrant academic atmosphere.
Our goal is to develop analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a scientific mindset among students, preparing them for careers in research, education, technology, and interdisciplinary sciences.
